Teams & Player Placement
The Spring Classic runs on a two-year team cycle.
-
All 15 teams from last year return for SC8.
-
Original players from SC7 who register will return to their same teams.
-
Substitute players from last year are encouraged to register, with original players receiving priority placement.
-
New players are welcome. Not playing last year does not disqualify you this year.
IMPORTANTLY – if enough new players register, we have the ability to add a 16th Team. We will cap total registrations to 208 Players. If we hit our 208 player cap, registration will be closed and the 16th Team will be formed. If we do not have enough players to make a new team, the Spring Classic Committee will do our best to place all new players on current rosters.
Equipment Notes
-
Softballs and pitcher nets will be provided.
-
Teams will use last year’s jerseys unless they choose a new look at their own cost.
-
Bring your own gloves, bats, cleats (no metal spikes), mouthguards, pitching face guards, eyeblack, Theraguns, fireball, sunglasses, sunscreen, etc.
Reminder: Metal spikes are not allowed.
Pro tip: Make sure your cleats aren’t too narrow or you risk losing both big toenails after a long day of play.
More details are coming soon, including rules, a few new twists, and registration updates.

We’re ready to see who hoists the belt this year. The Gremlins are defending, and they’re already acting like it.
